PhD Monika Stachowiak-Kudła

Dr Monika Stachowiak-Kudła is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology. She received her PhD in law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2011. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in history obtained in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts in administration obtained in 2003 at the Faculty of Humanities of the Casimir the Great University in Bydgoszcz. In 2002-2003 she studied law at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris.

Monika Stachowiak-Kudła's research in the field of legal sciences focuses on five areas:

  1. Academic freedom, autonomy of higher education in the constitutions and ordinary legislation of European countries;
  2. Principle of proportionality, collision of principles and Legal Theory;
  3. Judicial decision making;
  4. Legal aspects of the quality of education;
  5. Higher education finance.
